The Department of Home Affairs has made an announcement on March 1 that they are accelerating processing of decision-ready partner visa applications much faster than the 18 -27 months that has been commonplace in the last few years.
What does it mean? Well, it is now certainly a good option to front-end load low-risk applications as they may be assessed quickly. It is now more important than ever to have 100% complete application at time of lodgement to make for a fast and low-stress procesing experience.
