Jeremy Harmon
Principal Registered Migration Agent
Jeremy Harmon is the owner and principal registered migration agent at New Leaf Migration. He developed an interest in immigration law in the final stages of his law studies leading to a successful career in immigration law today. His experience spans many years in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, most recently establishing New Leaf Migration in 2017.
Jeremy worked in the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) for many years developing a strong customer focus and applying social security legislation and policy to individual cases. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Laws, Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training and is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Jeremy’s personal integrity, professional diligence and commitment to customer service is the cornerstone of the New Leaf Migration ethos and practice. His interests outside of work are
Bruce Kimball
Registered Migration Agent
Bruce Kimball has a background working in both public and private sectors. He has worn a number of different hats during this time including ministerial policy adviser, office manager, lobbyist and community activist. Government portfolios that he has worked in include industrial relations, education, employment and training, and workplace health and safety.
A former Nambour resident, he retains a strong connection with the Sunshine Coast working with Jeremy and his team in their Nambour offices. Bruce holds a Business degree majoring in human resource management and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law.
Bruce is a first-generation child of a migrant child– his mother migrated to Australia from the UK. With over 10 years of experience working as a registered migration agent, Bruce is passionate about helping and supporting his clients achieve their migration goals.
Vincy Tseng

Vincy Tseng is a Taiwanese-born Australian Migration Agent with over a decade of diverse industry experience and deep knowledge of Australian immigration law. Carolina Arrizabalaga
Carolina Arrizabalaga is staff member since the commencement of the business in 2017. Carolina has a Bachelor of Law (2005), a Post Graduate Certificate in Labour Law and Labour Procedural Law (2010), a Master of Business Administration in Management of International Commerce and International Business (2013) and a Diploma of Business Administration (2017) and now she is pursuing her career as a Registered Migration Agent by studying Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice (2024/2026) at Griffith University.
Prior to coming to Australia, Carolina worked for more than 10 years as a Lawyer in Brazil. At New Leaf Migration, she provides ongoing contact and support for our clients throughout the process. Carolina works closely with Jeremy Harmon and our team of migration agents and brings a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service. When she isn’t helping our clients to reach their dreams, she is surfing at Alexandra Headland.
Zali Darker
Zali Darker has been a part of our team as an Administration Assistant since 2023. Zali has previously worked in multiple work environments including insurance call centres and has brought her excellent customer service skills to New Leaf Migration. She works with Jeremy Harmon and our team of migration agents to assist with client work and provide ongoing contact and liaison for our clients. Zali spends most of her free time outdoors and loves to dance.
